Had our bathroom done by Discount Kitchens and Bathrooms and couldn't be happier with how it's turned out. Steve came out to measure up and was really patient with us. We changed our minds a few times on the layout and the tiles, and he never once made us feel like we were being a pain. He talked us through what would and wouldn't work in the space, which saved us from a couple of mistakes we'd have definitely made on our own.

The planning was spot on. We knew what was happening each day, the lads turned up when they said they would, and the whole job was finished on time. They kept things tidy as they went too, which I was worried about beforehand.

Price was fair for the quality of work, and the finish is excellent. Would happily use them again and have already passed their number on to my sister. Thanks Steve!

DKB Bathrooms - Bathroom install.

I had went out for a lot of quotes from most of the main players in my area, some quote where very low and the quality of components looked poor against the offering of DKB. in short i went with DKB and from start to finish the outcome was professional including the execution from the fitting team which had 10 years Experience.

At one point i had rot in the floor boards and these guys helped and fixed it, which took the weight of my mind.

All and all a terrific product which was well project managed from start to finish - thank you, would certainly recommend.

Had our old bathroom and downstairs toilet ripped out by DKB in June, writing this having lived with it a couple of months and we're even more impressed than we were two months ago. The bathroom was ripped out back to floor boards and renewed from ceiling to floor, downstairs they spared the ceiling but the rest of it was renewed too. The suggestions made at the design stage were first class and the more we use it the more we love it.

Our house is over 90 years old, been extended and "improved" several times over the decades, so you've got to expect snags on a job like this, it's how the company and people deal with it that makes the difference: DKB have been excellent. Where another company would find a snag, suck their teeth and add digits, DKB would lay out the options, give you their advise and then crack on. Craig and the guys worked tirelessly to get the job finished in the time estimated, and John made sure we were completely happy.

We were impressed by the amount of people involved, we counted 10 in total including the delivery guys and rubbish removal people, yet it all ran like clockwork. Even though DKB is a local business, they're well organised and easily capable of handling complex jobs. The place was immaculate once they finished, they cleaned up after themselves every single day.

We've recommended the company at every opportunity since completion, and will continue to do so. We're glad we put ourselves in the hands of outstanding professionals and won't hesitate to use again.

What can I say? From start to finish, the whole process was fantastic and incredibly professional.

David was great. He provided a clear quote, showed me his design and took the time to talk me through everything. Once I was happy with my choice of flooring and wall materials, the work started exactly as scheduled.

The installers, Caleb and Josh, were friendly, polite and professional throughout. They kept me updated whenever they encountered any issues, discussed the available options with me and did a brilliant job. They also made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day, which was really appreciated. Once the work was completed, they took the time to talk me through everything they had done.

The follow-up calls from Heather and John to make sure I was completely satisfied with the finished job were also a lovely touch. The rubbish was removed quickly and everything was left clean and tidy.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the result or the service I received from the whole DKB team. My only complaint is that they did such a great job that my wife now wants a new kitchen from them too!

Thank you again to everyone at DKB — highly recommended!

DKB recently completed renovations of both my main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Both rooms required a huge amount of work. I visited the showroom, and Steve took the time to go through different options with me.
John was my fitter, and he was amazing. His work ethic and attention to detail was incredible. I wanted him to stay and complete all of the other work that I need done in my house!

I recently contacted Discount Kitchens & Bathrooms for a new fitted kitchen. From speaking initially to Jackie about our family's unique requirements I felt confident this company could deliver and I wasnt disappointed. Steve came out within a fee days and planned a fabulous new kitchen which was quickly followed up by a survey, with John going into exact detail on ehat I could expect. The job, itself, was done within 5 days. Tom, the fitter was punctual, pleasant, he always cleaned up after him and completed the work to the highest standard. Overall, I am delighted with my new made-to-measure kitchen and would highly recommend this company.

Choosing our new bathroom at the showroom was made easy by Gary, the sales manager who was very knowledgable about the products and gave us lots of options on layout and design. After choosing our preferred bathroom we were given a date when the work would commence. A week or so before the work started a survey was carried out by John who was friendly and helpful and confirmed that everything we’d chosen would fit. The work started on time and the fitters, Steve and Mark did an excellent job. They, like John were helpful and friendly. They started work early in the morning and worked until 5 or 6 o’clock in the evening. Jackie in the office kept in touch to ensure we were happy throughout the installation process and we certainly were! Our bathroom has been finished to a very high standards and is absolutely beautiful! I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from our initial visit to the showroom to the completed installation of our new bathroom. Thank you Discount Kitchens and Bathrooms you did a superb job!

From the initial planning visit from Steve Crosbie, through the surveying visit, to the installation by Steve and Mark, we cannot fault the team at DKB.
They accommodated our changes with no issues, and left the site spotless.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic! Steve gave us a very reasonable quote. He was so helpful and patient when designing the bathroom. No matter how many times I changed my mind!
Our team of fitters were Craig, Josh and Marcus. Their work was phenomenal, they took real pride in their work. Really pleasant and easy to have in the house. They also cleaned up every bit of mess at the end of each day! Unbelievable!!
We absolutely love our new bathroom.
Could not recommend this company highly enough, in fact I have already passed their number to a friend!

Very pleased with my new bathroom and the whole experience was excellent. David who designed the bathroom gave lots of good advice and suggestions which made the whole design process painless. The fitters, Steven and Mark, did a fantastic job and the house was left clean every day. Russell the tiler worked hard and also did a great job. I am so pleased that I have arranged for the en-suite and cloakroom to be redesigned too!
